The Scottish Government have just released the document:
Draft Energy Strategy and Just Transition Plan
delivering a fair and secure zero carbon energy system for Scotland

You should concentrate on two areas within the document; The onshore wind section is on pp 64-66 and the consultation questions are on pp 150-157.
We are encouraging everyone to respond to the consultation by the deadline of the 3rd of April 2023. This can be done online at this link.
