On the 14th October the Scottish Government released a document entitled, “Scoping opinion on behalf of the Scottish Ministers under the Electricity Works (Environmental Impact Assessment)(Scotland) Regulations 2017”.
The document runs to 96 pages and is their opinion on the proposal and on what needs to be included in the EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment), and who RES should consult with. It also has the responses from each of the statutory consultees on the proposal.
