It has come to the notice of HoFWIG that the DESNZ is drafting proposals for reforming the consenting processes in Scotland under the Electricity act 1989.
The public are invited to read the HMG document here and answer their questions here. HoFWIG have looked in detail at the proposals and provide some help for you to form your own views and provide feedback, either online or by email.

One is a guide by HoWIG to answering the questions and the other is a spreadsheet, which gives the proposals, the consultation questions and the issues the questions raise with HoFWIG’s suggested responses.
