{"id":859,"date":"2024-11-19T15:17:25","date_gmt":"2024-11-19T15:17:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/hilloffare.org\/?p=859"},"modified":"2024-11-19T15:25:59","modified_gmt":"2024-11-19T15:25:59","slug":"call-to-action-reform-legislation-consultation-by-29th-november","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/hilloffare.org\/index.php\/2024\/11\/19\/call-to-action-reform-legislation-consultation-by-29th-november\/","title":{"rendered":"HIGH PRIORITY!! &#8211; Call to Action &#8211; Reform Legislation Consultation &#8211; by 29th November"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This is your chance to influence legislation designed to improve the renewables infrastructure approval process for Scotland.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It has come to the notice of HoFWIG that the DESNZ is drafting proposals for reforming the consenting processes in Scotland under the Electricity act 1989.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The public are invited to read the HMG document\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.gov.uk\/government\/consultations\/electricity-infrastructure-consenting-in-scotland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>\u00a0and answer their questions\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/energygovuk.citizenspace.com\/energy-infrastructure-planning\/electricity-infrastructure-consenting-in-scotland\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.
